Hummer H3 3.5 Vortec Inline 5 8th digit 6 VIN

  

Hummer H3 3.5 Vortec inline 5 engine. The 8th digit on the VIN is 6. This is the same engine you will find in the GMC Canyon and the Chevy Colorado. The engine has 314K Kilometers or 195K miles on it.

Currently it has a misfire on cylinder number 5. I checked the spark plug and oil is getting past the rings on just that cylinder. The coil is working too on that same cylinder. The rest of the plugs look to be good. I've included a picture of the valves which look amazingly clean for an engine with this many miles on it. You can easily rebuild this or use if for parts.
