Finally a Heavy Duty Engine Cradle for Big Block and Small Block Chevys that will support a full dressed motor minus the bell housing. I have included pictures to show how the joints are designed. The joints slide together with NO slop between them and then bolted with 3/8 grade 5 bolts thru match drilled holes. It is fabricated from heavy 1/8 wall steel tubing, Laser cut parts, mig welded and now Powder Coated with a Super Durable High Gloss Black. Casters are 4 rated for 330 lbs. Important Info: If you only have standard engine hoist to install your motor on the cradle and need the cradle to fit between the legs of your hoist. I can build your cradle with a 24" front member instead of the standard 28" front member. You must let me know when you place your order or I will build it with the standard 28. Caster Option : The standard caster are 4 330 lb and are good casters for a cradle that stores a motor in the garage. But if you need this cradle with a full dressed motor to move around easier and maybe in and out of a trailer I offer a 4 800 lb caster with bearings.
