BBC Big Block Chevy 396 402 427 454 CHROME. Long Water Pump High Volume Flow. This is a brand new Big Block Chevy Aluminum CHROME high volume LONG water pump. This high volume pump will flow up to 40% more than stock pumps and it will dissipate heat better than the regular OEM iron pumps. This water pump is lighter and features high quality roller bearings, custom machined impeller for maximum water flow, and reduced cavitation at high RPMs.
This is the long style water pump, it must be used with pulley and brackets made for long water pumps. Fits for Big Block Chevy 69-87 396, 402, 427 & 454 V8 engines requiring a long water pump. Long water pump for chevy 396 402 427 454 502 big block engines. High volume aluminum water pump. Welded 1 3/4 inlet port for lower hose. Bigger pump impeller & Larger cavity size.
